• All information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and up to date.
• Use of the GG88 platform is subject to the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws.

Each individual is permitted to register and operate only one (1) GG88 account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions. GG88 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on IP address, device information, phone number, banking details, and other identifiers.

Should a player be found to hold more than one account, GG88 reserves the right to:

• Immediate closure of all associated accounts

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the GG88 platform
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from platform unavailability
• Acts or omissions by third parties, including game providers, payment processors, or network service providers

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by GG88.
